What is the Stego-GearStore?

The Stego‑GearStore is Stego’s official internal online store for ordering branded apparel and custom items—perfect for outfitting yourself and your team. Stay tuned for future updates which will include promo items, accessories, and gifts!

Who can order from the Stego-GearStore?

Currently this store is set up for our internal Stego team to be used for outfitting themselves with Stego gear. As we review the store use and experience, we will look to expand the use.

Do I have to create an account to order from the Stego-GearStore?

Yes, all buyers will need to create an employee account using their Stego email. This allows us to make sure incoming orders are from approved buyers and also ensures we have a contact if an order issue or question arises.

Why is my order total limited to $200?

At this time, the store limits each person to $200 to spend on gear. As the store expands, additional purchasing options will be available.

How can I pay?
  • Monthly Billing: Verandah provides a consolidated invoice directly to Stego once a month for all orders shipped and billed within that timeframe. Additional options will be available in the future.
What if I want to order something not available on the Stego-GearStore?

What if the logo I need isn’t on here?

We can add any approved logos or individuals’ names to products listed on the Stego-GearStore. Additionally, custom options are available through the Verandah Creative Team. To request logo placement or explore custom product options with the approved logo added, please email Julie Detwiler at marketing@stegoindustries.com with your request, and she will find what you need.

How are items decorated?

Decoration methods include embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-film heat transfers, and more, based on product type and quality standards. The decoration method for each product is listed in the product description.

How long does it take to get my order?
  • Website / GearStore Orders: Ship in 7–10 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Ship in 10–15 business days.
  • Rush Orders: Our team is committed to helping you meet your timeline and does  not charge rush fees. If you have a specific in-hand date or an event deadline, Verandah will meet your request. Be sure to include your required delivery date when placing your order by either entering it in the Order Special Instructions at checkout, emailing getlogos@verandahsportswear.com, or calling 208-995-4576 with your request.
What if I need an order by a certain date?

Our team is committed to helping you meet your timeline. If you have a specific in-hand date or an event deadline, Verandah will meet your request. Be sure to include your required delivery date when placing your order by either entering your in-hand date in the Order Special Instructions at checkout, emailing getlogos@verandahsportswear.com, or calling 208-995-4576 with your request.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Verandah’s production facilities in Garden City, Idaho.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

Yes. You can request split shipments or bulk distribution to multiple locations. Additional shipping charges may apply.
